sebab apa saya gembira????gembira kah???

pertamanya:-

kerana hari ini merupakan hari permulaan untuk new enforcement of the new rules...new ehh???

it is a combine rules between rules of high court and the subordinate court rules...

what i cay say is this....

siapa-siapa yang tak pernah jenguk Rules of High Court (ROHC) tu memang akan merangkak-rangkak lah baca Combine Rules tu...percayalah cakap den...

bukan nak kata apalah, sejujurnya, saya tak pernah tengok pun ROHC before saya kena posting as Senior Assistant Registrar (SAR) di HC Kuantan nih....2 years back....

busannnn giler wehhh...siyesly...dah ler teballllll weiii

tapi when i started the mention where most of the application in chamber is solely based on ROHC so, nak tak nak, i have to read laa kan... plus when i have to do some profiles....

so i gain some knowledge there despite the HC intepreters (senior One n not the junior one ok) were helping me a lot...

like " eh macam mana yer application ni?'' and sepantas kilat he or she will tell u, macam ni lah puan...bla bla bla...

dasat ko bila tanya pada yang pakar...

so back to our bisnes, pada kawan-kawan, yang memang tak pernah pegang ROHC or tahu application, dan akan menghandle sivil case di magistrate or session court...my advice is (bukan lah advice pun yer...terase over pulak) ...my cadangan is that, read the new rules betul2...

jangan malukan diri sendiri bila nak buat application or hear application summary judgment order 26a sebab there will be no more O26A...the only remains is O14....

kamu tahu x???

kalau tak tahu, please laa baca the new rules tu....

hahahahahahahahaha....

sebab mak jemah tak buat sivil....
